The steel vinification with a 10-day maceration preserves its authentic character, while the oak aging gives it greater roundness. The bouquet è intense and typical, with fruity notes and a spicy touch. On the palate it stands out for balance and pleasant smoothness, making it a versatile wine with great drinkability.
Aroma: the nose releases all the essence of Sangiovese. It opens with hints of fresh red berries, black cherry and cherry, moving on to wild berries and spices such as star anise and vanilla.
Flavour: the fruit and fleshiness of Sangiovese return pleasantly in the mouth, modulated by savouriness and subtle, pleasant tannins.
Game and red meat, even spicy dishes, are the perfect accompaniment to this wine.
