Types of data processed
We process personal identifying and contact data, such as first name, last name, address, email, phone number, tax information, and details related to orders and payments made on our website or at our points of sale.
Purpose of the processing
Personal data is processed for purposes related to order management, the provision of requested services, customer support, invoicing, compliance with accounting, tax and regulatory obligations, as well as for the purpose of protecting the rights of the data controller, including in judicial proceedings. Data provision
The provision of data for contractual purposes is mandatory and necessary to be able to use the services offered. Failure to provide it results in the impossibility of concluding or executing the contract. The provision for marketing purposes is instead optional, and lack of consent does not entail any consequence on access to the main services.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain access to their personal data at any time, rectification or updating of the same, deletion, restriction of processing, portability to another controller, as well as to object to processing for legitimate reasons or for marketing purposes.
