Based on ancient recipes and from the production of our extra virgin olive oil and the excellent products of our territory, we have created a line of sauce and jelly products.

The production of our products is carried out with fresh raw materials following artisanal methods that preserve the simple and genuine taste of our tradition.

All our products are natural, with no added preservatives or colorings.

Among the sauces, the most famous are those based on truffles: our truffle sauce is the most known and very popular among our clients. While, the jellies are produced using our wines according to an ancient recipe, and are ideal to be consumed paired with our cheeses.

Sweet Delight of White Wine – La Veneranda

Ingredients: Umbria Grechetto wine 60%, sugar, pectin.

It does not contain food colorants and preservatives.

Excellent accompaniment for all types of cheese, suitable to be spread on bread.

SAUCES

Truffle Sauce – La Veneranda

Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 7%, parsley, spices and flavorings.

It does not contain food colorants or preservatives.

Excellent seasoning for pasta, even with the addition of cream. It can be used to prepare tasty bruschetta or canapés or as a condiment for meat. Great filling for tortellini and ravioli.

Lentil and Truffle Sauce – La Veneranda

Ingredients: 60% lentils, extra virgin olive oil, salt, onions, herbs, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 2%, aromatic herbs and spices.

It does not contain food colorants or preservatives.

Excellent dressing for pasta, also with the addition of cream. It can be used to prepare tasty bruschetta or canapés or as a condiment for meat. Great filling for tortellini and ravioli.

Ingredients: Artichokes 68%, extra virgin olive oil, dry sausage 6%, salt, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 1.5%, spices and aromas.

Ingredients: Artichokes 40%, green olives 20%, black olives 20%, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 1.5%, spices and aromas.

Ingredients: Pork liver, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, carrot, mortadella (pork, pork fat, salt, skimmed milk powder, sucrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Preservative: sodium nitrite, spices and flavorings), black olives, onions, capers, vinegar, water, salted anchovies, salt, garlic, spices and natural flavors.
